We deliver 6 days a week, We do not give delivery times PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE SELECTED THE RIGHT DELIVERY AREA CHARGE.
If you would like your order delivered the same day we would request you order your flowers before 12 noon.
Should the recipient not be at home we will leave their flowers with a neighbour or somewhere safe around their home. We will always leave a delivery card to inform you where the flowers have been left.
When placing an order, be aware that some flower substitution may occur due to seasonality, market availability and weather conditions. However, we guarantee that your order will always retain equal or higher value, also with the same style and colour scheme.
If you are not completely satisfied in any way, please call us on 028 9181 3367 and we will rectify the situation immediately.
J. McDonald Florist will personally deliver your flowers by hand, so you can be ensured that they will reach you in pristine condition. We travel an average distance of 25 miles from our premises in Newtownards.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Belfast because of traffic restrictions.
